About the role
We are looking for someone to join our team as a Corner Manager and be a key pillar in the day-to-day, leading and motivating the team to guarantee unforgettable shopping experiences.
What you'll do
Lead and coordinate the store team, ensuring their development and motivation.
Provide personalized attention and advice on jewelry selection, guaranteeing the satisfaction of every customer.
Manage sales, inventory, returns, and stock efficiently.
Organize and supervise the store presentation, keeping it attractive and ready to surprise on every visit.
Participate in the planning and execution of promotions, new arrivals, and shopping experiences.
What we're looking for
That you are an organized, committed person with leadership skills.
That you have previous experience in Retail and in team management (jewelry experience is a plus).
That you enjoy working in a team and contributing good energy.
That you are passionate about accompanying every customer so they live the best possible shopping experience.
