Corporate Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to join our finance team in the Mumbai Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting and will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing balance sheets, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The Corporate Accountant will play a crucial role in the financial health of our organization by conducting audits, managing bank reconciliations, and supporting internal audit processes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and finalize balance sheets and financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. - Conduct internal and statutory audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations. - Manage bank reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. - Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making. - Utilize SAP for financial reporting and data management. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in balance sheet finalization and audit processes. - Experience with bank reconciliation and internal audit procedures. - Familiarity with statutory audit requirements. - Proficient in SAP and other accounting software. - Ability to communicate effectively in Gujarati is a plus.
