We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Corporate Action Manager
In this role you will:
- Manage daily corporate action operations covering Hong Kong securities, China Connect, US securities, structured products, bonds, and US tax reporting.
- Monitor the performance of onshore and offshore teams
- Ensure operations comply with regulatory and Bank requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Support change initiatives, system enhancements, user acceptance testing, and ad hoc projects.
To be successful you will need:
- Relevant university degree or professional qualification.
- At least six years’ experience in the financial sector, including two years in corporate action operations, preferably with exposure to overseas markets.
- Knowledge of CCASS, Euroclear, CMU, and tax reporting operations.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and at least one year of people management experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills, with a strong risk-control mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
