Corporate Administration Executive

Job Summary

The Corporate Administration Executive is responsible for HR administration, office operations, corporate governance support and general corporate services to ensure smooth, efficient and compliant daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

1.Handle daily HR administration matters, including employee onboarding and offboarding, leave and benefits administration, insurance matters, work pass administration and employee record maintenance.

2.Manage daily office administration and logistics support, including office resources, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, meeting support, staff activities and workplace maintenance.

3.Support company meetings and corporate governance matters, including preparation for board meetings, shareholders’ meetings and annual general meetings, and coordination with the corporate secretary on statutory filings and compliance matters.

4.Handle administrative procurement, payment and reimbursement processes, records maintenance, document filing, headquarters reporting and other corporate administration duties.

4.Support other corporate administration duties and cross-functional coordination as required.

Job Requirements

1.Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Business Management, Corporate Management or related disciplines.

2.Prior experience in HR administration, office administration, corporate services, corporate secretarial coordination or related functions is preferred.

2.Good command of written and spoken English.Ability to read and draft Mandarin business documents is required, as the role involves regular coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and preparation of Chinese corporate documents.

3.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Good organisational, execution, communication and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented and responsible, with the ability to properly handle employee records, company documents and other confidential information.

4.Positive, proactive and service-oriented, with the ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

5.Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
