Corporate Administrator
Summary
Manages corporate compliance and administration for Cayman Islands-based entities, handling filings, documentation, and client relationships in the financial services sector.
The Role
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Corporate and be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies and other client structures, ensuring that all statutory, regulatory, and client requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner. The role requires a strong client-service mindset, sound administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Administer a portfolio of companies, partnerships, foundations and other client structures in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
- Prepare and process corporate documentation, including resolutions, minutes, statutory forms, registers, certificates, and other company records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records, ensuring all regulatory filings and annual requirements are completed within prescribed deadlines
- Liaise with clients, legal counsel, auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and other professional intermediaries on day-to-day administrative matters as required.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client queries, delivering a high standard of client service and fostering strong client relationships.
- Ensure all client entities are administered in accordance with their constitutional documents, service agreements, and internal policies and procedures.
- Support the preparation and coordination of board and shareholder meetings, including scheduling meetings, preparing board packs, drafting minutes, and maintaining corporate records.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding billing matters, collection of outstanding information, and other administrative requirements relating to client entities.
- Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiencies, and special projects as required to enhance service delivery and client experience.
- Ensure assigned work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within established service standards and deadlines.
- Assist with client on-boarding, due diligence reviews, and periodic KYC remediation exercises in collaboration with the Compliance and on-boarding teams as may be required.
- Undertake any additional duties as may be reasonably required by senior management from time to time.
Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of direct corporate administration experience in the Cayman Islands financial services sector, specifically managing the day-to-day administration of companies, partnerships and CIMA registered funds.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- A relevant professional qualification (or a willingness to pursue one) such as CGI/ICSA or a similar corporate governance or financial services qualification would be advantageous.
- Experience in CORIS, CAP & REEFs required.
- Experience preparing corporate documentation, including board resolutions, minutes, statutory forms, and registers
- Demonstrate knowledge of Cayman compliance and due diligence requirements.

Remuneration
Salary and benefits offered with respect to the above position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and will be in the US$60-$80,000 range.
