Corporate Affair Manager
Description
In this position, you will:
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of public relations initiatives that enhance the brand and business value.
Manage day-to-day proactive and reactive communications, including but not limited to responding to media inquiries and preparing official position statements.
Develop and contribute to a wide range of written materials, including reports, press releases, executive speeches, interview scripts, bylined articles, and presentations.
Maintain and update the media contact database; conduct daily news monitoring to track market trends and relevant developments.
Support reputation risk management efforts through the preparation of training materials, report writing, risk identification, and data analysis.
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events.
Participate in and contribute to public relations projects at both the company-wide and business-line levels as assigned.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above, with disciplines in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years' experience relevant experience in business development, partnership management, event marketing, or corporate relations.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills while attention to details.
Good communication skills both in verbal and written Chinese and English.
Strong interpersonal abilities and relationship-building skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex logistics, risk assessments, and multi-stakeholder relationships.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Corporate Affairs Manager.
