Corporate Compliance & Due Diligence Administrator

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Corporate Compliance & Due Diligence Officer to support our Legal and Finance teams with corporate compliance, due diligence, and administrative support matters across the group. This is a hands-on administrative and coordination role.
What you'll do
- Maintain corporate records and supporting documentation relating to the group structure
- Assist with KYC, due diligence and information requests relating to group companies.
- Coordinate the collection, updating and filing of corporate information, forms, registers,
resolutions and approvals. - Support company secretarial and corporate administration matters, including statutory filings,
registers and annual returns. - Track statutory deadlines, filing obligations, renewal dates and recurring compliance
requirements. - Maintain compliance calenadars, document folders, due diligence packs and internal records in
a structured, consistent way. - Liaise with internal teams and, where required, external service providers, banks, advisers,
company administrators and auditors. - Support transaction-related due diligence by collating and organising corporate information and
documentation. - Contribute practical ideas for improving templates, trackers, filing systems and internal
procedures.
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in compliance support, corporate administration, company secretarial, KYC/due diligence, legal administration or finance administration
- Support experience gained in a Maltese law firm, corporate service provider or audit/advisory firm is a strong asset
- Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers and document folders
- Understanding of key compliance concepts;
- Strong communication and organisational skills; able to work on your own initiative and meet
deadlines - Discretion when handling confidential corporate information; a practical, organised and
dependable approach. - Fluency in English; spoken Maltese is a strong plus
