Corporate Credit Loans Operation Officer - BWY
Summary
Processes corporate credit loans by reviewing legal documents, verifying facility agreements, and handling disbursements, repayments, and compliance checks for bilateral and syndicated loans.
- Reviewing legal documentation under bilateral and syndicated credit facilities and facility letters to ensure terms and conditions are in line with credit approvals.
- Accurately interpreting the Facility Agreement in determining allowance of requested transactions.
- Examine customer's utilization requests relating to bilateral and syndication loan credit facilities
- Ensure that facility limits and all conditions precedent are met before loan disbursement.
- Perform all aspects of loan drawdowns, rollovers and collection of principal repayments and interest payments for both bilateral and syndicated loans.
- Interact with Relationship Managers to follow up on outstanding matters and/or documentation
- Perform AML / KYC checks.
- Prepare swift payments for loan disbursements.
- Proper record and safe keeping of loan related documents.
- Processing of Bank Guarantees/ Standly Letter of Credits.
- Preparation of local, regulatory and Head Office reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciple.
- 3 or more years of working experience in handling credit documentation and loan administration would be an advantage
