Corporate Culture and Communication​ Associate/Senior Associate

Overall governance

  • Ensure understanding of corporate direction and HR vision, in order to understand tasks needed to be carried out according to function’s policies and frameworks, as well as to ensure alignment and compliance with legal regulations and with the company’s overall direction, standards, and governance.
  • Support periodic revision of policies, standards, guidelines, work processes and procedures that are relevant to innovation/ transformation work, to ensure efficient operation and alignment with company’s policies & compliance with relevant governance.

Function-related accountabilities

  • Perform basic activities regarding the implementation of employer branding strategies, including but not limited to maintaining a social media presence, online marketing programs/campaign development, MOU agreements with universities, special projects with institutes, etc. to raise employer branding awareness amongst job seekers.
  • Perform basic research on trends and relevant data from reliable sources as well as gather inputs from across business hubs to identify culture gaps, and prepare basic documents and reports related such as external benchmarking and employee satisfaction surveys, etc. in order to ensure availability of accurate and relevant information in a timely manner.
  • Perform basic activities in designing organizational value and culture model that is in alignment with corporate direction to drive the company toward desired outcomes.
  • Conduct research and perform basic activities in designing communication approaches to be implemented across the organization in order to ensure that employees at all levels are clearly communicated and aware of the changes, and also reduce risks associated with insufficient communications.
  • Perform activities to support the development of the change management roadmap, plan, implementation, and communication with internal stakeholders such as BoD, executives, and managers for all organization-wide projects & initiatives to be executed, to gain buy-in and ensure that the projects and initiatives can be executed successfully within the designated timeline.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to ensure that such activities are effectively executed as planned to ensure employees' expectations and events' objectives are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
  • At least 2 years working experiences in internal Communication & Engagement and Employer branding
  • Good in English, both writing and speaking (TOEIC 650+)
  • Knowledge in Graphic program such as photoshop, illustrator, premiere pro is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills, self-motivated and self-starter
