Corporate Development Manager

Domyn is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to join the Finance Team in Milano, reporting to the CFO. The role combines strategic finance with hands-on execution, including building financial models and leading fundraising efforts.
With 3–4 years in merchant banking, investment banking, or corporate finance, you will craft the company’s equity story, work closely with senior leadership, and participate in capital-raising initiatives.
Build and update detailed financial models supporting the business plan, long-term projections and valuation. Prepare investor decks, financial presentations and data rooms for equity and debt fundraising. Execute fundraising processes, including investor outreach, Q&A management, and follow-ups. Translate strategic inputs into clear financial assumptions. Analyze investment cases, growth initiatives and strategic opportunities with a deal-oriented mindset. Support due diligence, transaction execution and documentation. Collaborate across functions to align financial, operational and strategic goals. 3–4 years of experience in merchant banking, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory. Academic background in Economics, Finance, or related fields. Strong hands-on expertise in financial modeling, business planning, cash flow forecasting and valuation. Proven experience in preparing and managing materials for equity and debt investors. Execution-focused with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams. Comfortable working closely with C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. Learning Friday Smart Working Bonus potential
