Corporate Documentation Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Corporate Documentation Specialist to join a company operating in the Defence Tech industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the corporate knowledge base, creating and maintaining internal documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to introduce new topics and improve internal processes. Your contribution will help ensure effective knowledge sharing and support the organization’s growth in a dynamic technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities
Expand and maintain the corporate knowledge base by creating new topics and updating existing materials.
Develop release plans and content plans to support the growth of the knowledge base.
Write, translate, adapt, and illustrate corporate policies, procedures, and related materials.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and introduce new topics into the knowledge base.
Document business processes and create process diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual materials.
Prepare presentations and visual content for internal communications.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Technical Communication, Corporate Documentation, Technical Writing, or related fields.
Hands-on experience in process documentation, creating diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Confluence, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Figma.
Experience in preparing presentations and working with visual content.
B2+ English level or higher.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to work.
