The Corporate Driver position is responsible for ensuring safe, secure, and reliable transportation for company personnel. Key duties include transporting late-shift employees safely to their residences, executing time-sensitive airport transfers at any hour, and providing transport for business events and official company outings across Albania.

Work Hours: Monday–Friday 10:30pm - 2:30am

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Driving company personnel, leadership, and visiting guests to various locations—such as late-shift home drops, meetings, conferences, social events, or airport transfers—in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Ensuring that company vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, and that all operations comply with local and national driving laws across Albania.
• Planning and choosing the best routes to avoid traffic delays, road closures, or other obstacles, using GPS and local road knowledge as needed.
• Handling and resolving any unexpected issues or emergencies during trips, such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or medical situations, to ensure passenger protection and safety at all times.
• Keeping abreast of local transportation updates, traffic developments, and border/airport conditions that may affect travel plans, providing proactive insights to management and passengers.
• May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities.

Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 3 years of professional driving experience required.
• Valid Albanian Driver’s License Category B.
• Clean driving record with zero major traffic violations or license suspensions.
• In-depth knowledge of local traffic patterns, driving laws, safety regulations, and corporate security protocols in Albania.
• Ability to navigate seamlessly with or without GPS or maps, actively avoiding traffic jams, construction zones, and road hazards.
• Capable of handling emergencies calmly and effectively, including traffic accidents, vehicle breakdowns, and passenger medical issues.
• Able to be discreet and exercise appropriate etiquette, tact, and complete confidentiality at all times regarding company discussions and passenger privacy.
