- Lead corporate finance activities, including fundraising, financing, financial structuring, and strategic transactions.
- Develop financial models, projections, and forecasts to support business planning, investment decisions, and corporate finance initiatives.
- Analyze financial performance, market trends, and key business drivers, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Lead Investor Relations activities and manage relationships with investors, analysts, shareholders, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare investor presentations, financial updates, and external disclosures.
- Support capital markets initiatives and strategic corporate projects, including preparation of investor materials and coordination with external advisors.
- Conduct industry, market, and competitor analysis to support business strategy and corporate finance decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information and disclosures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial analysis, and accounting.
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, Investor Relations, corporate actions, and strategic corporate finance transactions; experience in capital markets-related projects is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
