Corporate Finance Manager (CPA)
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and finance operations for a global shared services organization.
You will work closely with senior management and different business teams to drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and business performance.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and financial models for management.
- Monitor budgets and control spending across departments.
- Oversee month-end close and accounting operations, including AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting.
- Review financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and controls.
- Work closely with auditors, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of Finance and Accounting experience.
- Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
- Experience managing month-end close and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
- CPA is highly preferred. CMA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
