Overall governance
• Cascade and implemen ESG policies related to subordinates and relevant stakeholders, in order to ensure that work practices are aligned with policies.
• Propose, periodically revise and gain approval on work processes and procedures to ensure efficient operation.
• Develop, propose, obtain approval, monitor and optimize utilization of unit’s resources and budget against company’s budget, to ensure optimization and the right prioritization of resources and budget.
Function-related accountabilities
• Manage and control the year-round ESG data collection, auditing, and reporting to ensure documents are developed according to ESG-related policies, standards, and regulations.
• Manage, control, and monitor performance of sustainability campaigns, as well as provide recommendations/corrective actions for campaign improvement to promote awareness regarding environmental, social, and good governance matters across internal and external stakeholders and to ensure corporate good image.
• Manage and monitor the integrity of the ESG database to ensure information updated and be recorded in accordance with related policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Perform annual gap analysis of ESG framework results and provide corrective actions/ solutions in order to improve operations performance.
• Manage quarterly progress reporting preparation for Board of Directors, management teams, etc. to ensure sufficient information is provided for decision-making.
• Solidify good relationships with various stakeholders such as rater and ranker, develop a strong rapport with investors and potential investors, and collaborate with other functions within the company to ensure successful operations of ESG-related work.
• Keep abreast of ESG best practices and trends and initiate ideas to continue to drive program strategy.
