Corporate HR Manager

About the Company

We are a fast-growingsemiconductor materials group, serving as the parent holding company ofsubsidiaries operating across Singapore, Taiwan, China and Malaysia. Our groupdevelops and supplies advanced materials to a global semiconductor customerbase. As we scale our operations and strengthen our corporate functions, we arebuilding out a lean, capable HR team to support our people and our growth.

The Role

Reporting to senior management,the Corporate HR Manager will run the HR function for the holding company andcoordinate HR practices with our subsidiaries in Singapore, Taiwan, China andMalaysia. This is a hands-on generalist role, well suited to an experienced HRprofessional who enjoys working across a multi-entity, multi-countryenvironment and wants ownership of how HR is run, without needing a large teamaround them to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Policy

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for the holdingcompany, and coordinate with subsidiary HR contacts in Taiwan, China andMalaysia to keep practices reasonably aligned.

• Maintain and refine HR policies and SOPs, ensuring theystay compliant with local labour law in each jurisdiction.

• Support headcount planning and budgeting together withdepartment heads.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, technicaland operations roles.

• Run onboarding for new hires so they ramp up quickly.

• Support employer branding efforts (job postings,careers page, agency and channel relationships).

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

• Administer compensation and benefits, and periodicallybenchmark against the market.

• Oversee payroll accuracy and statutory compliance (e.g.CPF and equivalent contributions) across the group's jurisdictions, workingwith payroll vendors/finance where relevant.

• Support any employee incentive scheme administration asthe company introduces or grows these programmes.

Performance & People Development

• Coordinate the annual performance review cycle.

• Identify training needs and organise learning &development activities.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives to supportculture and retention.

Compliance & HR Administration

• Keep HR practices compliant with employment legislationacross Singapore, Taiwan, China and Malaysia, engaging local advisors whereneeded.

• Maintain accurate HR records and produce people-relatedreports for management.

• Take on ad hoc HR projects as the group grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Atleast 3 years of progressive HR experience, with 1–2 years in an HR managementor business-partner capacity.

• Experiencein the semiconductor, electronics, technology or high-growth manufacturingsector is strongly preferred.

• Exposure to HR across multiple entities or countries isan advantage.

• Working knowledge of employment legislation and payrollpractices in Singapore; familiarity with Taiwan, China or Malaysia is a bonus.

• Excellent stakeholder-management, communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in afast-paced, evolving environment.

What We Offer

• Salary range of SGD 5,000 - 8,000 per month,commensurate with experience.
