Corporate Lawyer - Israeli Capital Markets

Discussion
  • Ongoing counsel to reporting corporations whose securities are listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in securities matters, disclosure and reporting requirements, corporate law and governance.
  • Advising reporting corporations in a variety of equity and debt raising transactions and in M&A transactions.
  • Advising reporting corporations in their interactions with the Israel Securities Authority, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and other regulators.
  • Advising companies in carrying out initial public offerings, writing prospectuses and the process of a company's transition to a public company.
  • Representation of boards of directors, directors, special committees and shareholders.
  • Preparing legal opinions on securities and corporate law matters.
  • Assistance in litigation proceedings in corporate and securities fields.

Requirements

  • A lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience working in the corporate and securities matters in a leading law firm in the field or at the Israel Securities Authority.
  • Thorough, analytical, striving for excellence, professional hunger and a desire to specialize in the field.
  • High-level English and work experience in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
