Leadership Development Facilitator

We are seeking a dynamic Leadership Development Facilitator to help cultivate the next generation of leaders across our organization. In this highly visible role, you will design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate leadership development programs that build critical leadership capabilities and support the achievement of our strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a skilled facilitator with a strong foundation in adult learning theory, instructional design, and leadership development. You must be equally comfortable presenting to emerging leaders, front-line managers, and senior executives in both in-person and virtual environments. This role requires exceptional communication, executive presence, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences that drive meaningful behavioral change and business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate leadership development programs, workshops, and training experiences for leaders at all levels of the organization using both classroom and virtual delivery methods.
  • Serve as a trusted learning partner by confidently presenting to front-line leaders, mid-level management, and senior leadership audiences.
  • Design, develop, and continuously enhance leadership development curricula using adult learning principles and proven instructional design methodologies.
  • Execute leadership programs, including new leader onboarding, emerging leader development, and advanced leadership initiatives.
  • Develop learning materials, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentation content, job aids, and performance support tools.
  • Deliver blended learning solutions that incorporate instructor-led training, virtual learning, e-learning, self-paced content, coaching, and experiential learning.
  • Conduct training needs assessments, focus groups, interviews, and performance analyses to identify leadership development opportunities.
  • Measure program effectiveness, analyze participant outcomes, and recommend improvements to maximize learning impact and ROI.
  • Provide individual and group coaching to program participants to support leadership growth and application of newly acquired skills.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery and evolution of leadership development initiatives.
  • Promote leadership programs through effective internal communication and engagement strategies.
  • Support special projects and organizational development initiatives as needed.
  • Travel up to 30%.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating learning and leadership development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, leadership development practices, and learning effectiveness measurement.
  • Experience applying instructional design methodologies to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and present confidently to audiences ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership.
  • Exceptional virtual facilitation skills with the ability to engage participants in remote learning environments.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization abilities.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as SDI, Crucial Conversations, MBTI, 360 Assessments, DiSC, Insights Discovery, or similar leadership development tools.
  • Experience leading leadership development initiatives within large or complex organizations.
  • Professional background in coaching, talent development, organizational effectiveness, or leadership consulting.

Regular Full-Time

We offer excellent benefits including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with company match. Temporary or Part-Time

In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
