Corporate Legal Counsel

We are seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, particularly in the IT sector, and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various IT contracts and agreements. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to vet contracts thoroughly to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on corporate legal matters. - Ensure that all contracts are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide legal solutions. - Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the IT industry. - Assist in dispute resolution and manage any legal risks associated with contracts.
