Are you a relationship builder who loves connecting businesses with meaningful causes?

The Food Bank of the Southern Tier (FBST) is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to grow and strengthen corporate relationships that fuel our mission of ending hunger throughout the Southern Tier. This role leads the full lifecycle of corporate partnerships, from identifying new prospects and securing corporate investments to stewarding long-term relationships that generate lasting impact.

Every corporate partnership you build helps provide nutritious food to neighbors facing hunger across the Southern Tier.

If you thrive on building connections, developing creative fundraising strategies, managing a portfolio of partners, and seeing your work directly improve the lives of others, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 50 corporate partners and prospective partners with giving potential of $10,000 or more.
  • Identify, cultivate, solicit, steward, and renew corporate partnerships that support organizational fundraising and engagement goals.
  • Create customized partnership proposals, funding requests, presentations, and engagement opportunities tailored to each corporate partner.
  • Build long-term relationships through regular meetings, stewardship, recognition, and impact reporting.
  • Lead corporate fundraising initiatives and campaigns, including programs such as Check Out Hunger, Fill the Bus, Leader of the Pack, and other corporate engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor fundraising performance, partnership activity, engagement metrics, and revenue trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records within the organization's donor management system and prepare reports on fundraising progress and outcomes.
  • Represent the Food Bank at community events, networking functions, volunteer activities, corporate meetings, and public engagement opportunities throughout the Southern Tier.

Who You Are

  • An experienced relationship builder with a background in corporate partnerships, fundraising, business development, sales, or nonprofit development.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys meeting with business leaders, presenting ideas, and building trust.
  • Orgnized, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects independently.
  • Analytical and comfortable using data to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Raiser's Edge or other donor management systems is a plus.
  • Passionate about helping businesses create meaningful community impact.
