We are currently looking for a person for the position of Corporate Purchasing Administrator in the Finance department, for the Procurement area, for our Madrid offices.

What you'll do

• Support the implementation of a Procure To Pay system transversal to all companies in the group.
• Operational management of orders registered in the ERP.
• Analysis of costs and budgets for their area.
• Order follow-up, guaranteeing compliance with delivery dates, and claims with suppliers. Incident resolution.
• Documentary and administrative management and compliance with processes and policies.
• Collaboration and communication with the different departments of the company (people, marketing, operations, legal) in search of the global optimum.
• Contract management.

We are looking for a person who can contribute:

• Higher vocational training or university degree in the area of administration and management, commerce and marketing, sciences, engineering, IT or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of Office automation (Advanced Excel level).
• A person with a strong orientation toward corporate purchasing
