Corporate Re-engineering Manager (Location: Taipei)
Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a Corporate Re-engineering Manager to join our newly established Corporate Re-engineering Office, a function reporting directly to the CEO.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys solving organisational and business challenges. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Re-engineering Office and senior management, you will help review how the organisation operates, identify improvement opportunities, develop practical recommendations, and coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives.
This is not a traditional Project Manager or PMO role. It is closer to an internal management consulting role, combining business analysis, organisational improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse organisational structures, governance, management practices, business processes and cross-functional ways of working.
- Identify root causes of business issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, research and benchmarking.
- Develop practical, data-supported recommendations for management.
- Support and co-facilitate executive workshops and cross-functional discussions.
- Lead assigned organisational improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate implementation with relevant business functions and monitor progress.
- Review whether implemented improvements achieve their intended business outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, business transformation, internal consulting, corporate planning, organisational development, business process improvement or related areas.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to turn complex business issues into clear and practical recommendations.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and across different functions and regions.
- Curious, objective and willing to challenge existing ways of working constructively.
- Experience in manufacturing or a multinational environment is an advantage.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management or a related discipline. MBA or relevant professional qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
