Responsibilities Every project runs on its superintendent. Help us find the next one. Superintendents are the people who turn a plan into a building. They run the site, lead the trades, and carry the schedule and the safety of everyone on the job. Strong ones are rarely looking, and they know exactly what they want from their next move. As a Corporate Recruiter focused on field supervision, you'll recruit Assistant Superintendents through Senior Superintendents for Brasfield and Gorrie. You'll build a network of the best field leaders in the Southeast, understand what each of them is looking for, and help them find the place to grow their career. The Role You'll own recruiting for field supervision roles from start to finish: meeting with hiring managers to understand each opening, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the interview process, and negotiating offers. Your hiring managers are operations leaders who need the right superintendent on the right project, and you'll earn their trust by understanding the work. This role is a fit for a recruiter who already has experience in this space, ideally with an existing network of candidates, and who enjoys the long game of building those relationships. How You'll Build Success In this role, you'll help build success by: Learning the business, company structure, customer groups, and field supervision job profiles through research, shadowing, and training. Building relationships with hiring managers to understand short-term and long-term field supervision staffing needs, and meeting with them regularly to define recruiting objectives and develop a matching recruiting strategy. Scheduling and conducting job intake meetings with hiring managers so every search starts with a clear picture of the project and the person. Building relationships and growing a passive candidate network of Assistant Superintendents through Senior Superintendents, including those who aren't looking today. Creatively sourcing qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, industry networks, and other resources. Prequalifying candidates through preliminary phone screens, drawing on your knowledge of what each level of field leadership is expected to do. Managing the recruiting process for assigned customer groups and open positions from start to finish. Coordinating interview scheduling, welcoming candidates, conducting office tours, and managing the interview process so every candidate has an excellent experience. Working with hiring managers to negotiate candidate offer packages. Maintaining the recruiting database (iCIMS) and responding to employment inquiries. Updating and creating recruiting reports and reviewing statistics. Participating in and leading special projects, recruiting team calls, and Human Resources department meetings. Assisting in training entry-level recruiters and, as needed, onboarding new employees. Who Thrives Here You like superintendents, and you like helping them find the right next step. People who do well in this role tend to be: Passionate about recruiting in construction, and excited by the work that gets built. Motivated by career growth for others, and good at matching a person's goals with the project type, market, and team that fits.
