Job Summary: ICS Corporation is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across our multiple family of companies. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified talent for positions across various departments, including manufacturing, operations, administration, and management.

This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified talent for positions across various departments, including manufacturing, operations, administration, and management.
The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder who can manage multiple open positions, develop creative recruiting strategies, partner with hiring managers, and deliver a positive candidate experience while supporting the company’s continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for the position.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a professional candidate experience.
- Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling, application status, offers, and next steps.
- Extend employment offers, assist with salary negotiations, and facilitate the pre-employment process.
- Coordinate background checks, employment documentation, and onboarding activities in partnership with Human Resources.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
- Support recruiting initiatives, employee referral programs, career fairs, and other talent acquisition events.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable federal and state employment laws and company policies.
- Represent ICS Corporation and its family of companies professionally while promoting the organization’s culture, values, and employment opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments and job levels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online job boards, and candidate sourcing tools.
- Strong interviewing, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general recruiting technology.
