Corporate Recruiter(集團招募人員)

Responsible for talent acquisition for the dental and advertising business units, including recruitment for dental clinics, marketing, and creative positions.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding follow-up.
Partner with business leaders and department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to attract qualified professionals across dental and advertising industries.
Develop recruitment channels and campus recruitment programs to support business growth.
Optimize recruitment processes and enhance hiring efficiency and talent quality.
工作內容：

負責牙科事業人才招募，包含牙醫、牙醫助理、櫃檯行政、診所營運人員及相關牙科職務。
執行完整招募流程，包括職缺開發、人才搜尋、履歷篩選、面試安排、錄取及新人報到追蹤。
與診所主管及營運團隊合作，了解人力需求並制定招募策略。
建立及維護牙科人才庫，持續開發與培養優質人才。
規劃牙科相關校園招募計畫，拓展實習生及新鮮人才來源。
優化招募流程，協助診所人力配置與組織發展。
