This role is not about posting vacancies and waiting for applications. We are looking for a recruiter who proactively creates hiring opportunities through sourcing, stakeholder management and labour market expertise.

As a Recruiter at Van Oord, you have a key role in helping our business grow. You work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract people who want to make a difference in projects around the world. You take full ownership of your vacancies. You challenge hiring managers, define the right recruitment strategy, proactively build talent pipelines and drive the process until the right hire is made.
