Corporate Safety Officer | Taguig

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite
Location: Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement workplace health and safety programs to ensure compliance and promote a safe environment across assigned sites.
• Organize safety training, awareness campaigns, inspections, audits, and other compliance activities.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and response programs, including drills, procedures, and emergency equipment readiness.
• Investigate workplace incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
• Work with management, employees, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies on safety, compliance, facilities, and risk-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
• Required certification, accreditation, or formal training in occupational health and safety.
• At least 3 years of experience in safety management, occupational health and safety, facilities, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards, regulations, emergency response, and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across different organizational levels.
