Corporate Sales Manager

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing the hotel’s corporate business segment, building strong client relationships, and generating room and event revenue in line with the hotel’s sales strategy and targets.

  • Identify and develop new corporate accounts and business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients through regular sales calls, meetings, and account reviews.
  • Negotiate corporate rates and agreements in accordance with the hotel’s pricing and revenue strategy.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, and account production reports.
  • Conduct hotel inspections and presentations for potential clients.
  • Monitor account performance, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support corporate groups, meetings, events, and long-stay business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales activities, networking events, trade shows, and corporate sales calls.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales activity records in the hotel’s systems.
  • Achieve assigned room revenue, account production, and sales activity targets.
  • Handle client feedback professionally and coordinate timely follow-up with the relevant departments.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Sales or hotel management.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel corporate sales or a related sales position.
  • Strong network within the Bangkok corporate market is preferred.
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
  • Experience with Accor or relevant hotel systems is an advantage.
  • Possess a valid driving licence and be able to travel for sales visits, if required.
