Corporate Services and IT Manager
Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000 per month
The Corporate Services and IT Manager is responsible for overseeing corporate administrative services, IT operations, business applications, and technology improvement initiatives. The role involves managing facilities, vendors, IT infrastructure, business systems, budgets, and technology projects while identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and the effective use of AI to support business operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
With experience in IT operations, business applications, corporate services, vendor management, and project coordination
Knowledgeable in IT service management, cybersecurity, data privacy, system integration, and asset and license management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Able to manage budgets, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee multiple projects and priorities
Knowledge of AI, automation, and process improvement is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and business applications
