About the job:
You will join the Global Sustainability Team at Opella, working to deliver our ambitious Health3 Sustainability Strategy built on three strategic pillars: Healthy Planet x Healthy People x Healthy Business. This team drives cross-functional initiatives to advance Opella’s sustainability program, covering all sustainability topics, with three key priorities: driving environmental and climate action specifically working to achieve net-zero by 2050, driving social impact specifically working on improving health literacy, and driving sustainable business through our global B Corp certification and brand activations.

- Support the execution of Opella's Health3 sustainability strategy in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams to contribute to sustainability reporting and B Corp certification helping to track progress through clear indicators.
Main responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate, analytical, and proactive Sustainability Intern to support the team in advancing our B Corp journey and executing Opella’s global sustainability roadmap.
You will contribute to key initiatives spanning social, environmental, and governance priorities.
- B Corp Certification & strategy.
- Support continuous performance tracking and process adaptation through B Corp standards.Support alignment, cross-functional integration, and activation of B Corp Impact Topics with our Health³ strategy.
- Environmental and Social Reporting
- Consolidate and analyze sustainability data for global reporting and customer questionnaires (CDP, etc.).Input and consolidate social impact data for strategic integration.
- Support data and supplier analysis for responsible sourcing initiatives.
- Awareness & Engagement.
- Support sustainability key moments (e.g. B Corp, SBTi, internal campaigns).
- Help design engaging and educational content for internal sustainability engagement.
About you :
Qualifications & Expertise.
Education.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a Sustainability-related field.
- Prior internship experience in Sustainability or the Healthcare sector is a plus.
Communication & Languages.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English required; French is a plus.

- Trustful team player with collaborative mindset.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
