Corporate Sponsorship Sales
CORPORATE SPONSOR DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST | Boardroom Holdings / The Boardroom Mastermind | Remote-First | Full-Time | OTE $150 to $250K +
Have you personally closed 6- or 7-figure sponsorship, partnership, or access deals? Boardroom Holdings is hiring one senior closer to build and own corporate sponsorship revenue from the ground up, with a $1,000,000+ annual target and uncapped commission.
ABOUT BOARDROOM HOLDINGS
Boardroom Holdings is the parent company behind The Boardroom Mastermind, the most carefully curated peer group in the real estate industry. Founded in 2012 by serial entrepreneur Kent Clothier, The Boardroom brings together the nation's most elite real estate operators: 7-, 8-, and 9-figure business owners across residential, multifamily, commercial, lending, self-storage, development, and adjacent verticals.
Our members are hand-selected. We receive 1,700+ applications a year and accept only a small fraction. The community of 290+ operators gathers at in-person intensives throughout the year, supplemented by weekly virtual calls and shared business infrastructure. Entrepreneur Magazine has recognized The Boardroom as one of the “Top 10 Masterminds in the World for Business Growth.”
There is no more concentrated room of high-net-worth, high-velocity real estate decision-makers in the country. The right corporate partners, lenders, capital providers, proptech, fintech, insurance, title, and premium service brands, will pay a premium for authentic access to it. Your job is to build that sponsorship engine.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Sponsorship has never been owned intentionally at Boardroom. A freshly built sponsorship menu and pricing structure is ready to sell. You'll take it, build the pipeline, and turn it into a real revenue engine. You will own the full sponsorship lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching partnership packages, to negotiating agreements, to activating sponsors at our events and driving renewals. You'll report directly to Noah Cosby, Chief Revenue Officer, with direct visibility to founder Kent Clothier.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years personally closing sponsorship, partnership, or premium-access deals, with multiple 6-figure closes or at least one 7-figure close — not team-credited or inbound-only wins
- Full-cycle deal ownership: you prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, and renew, solo, not one piece of a team process
- Real experience selling to marketing executives, brand leaders, or CSR/partnership decision-makers, and fluency in how those budgets get approved
- Comfort carrying a number on uncapped, commission-weighted pay, with no fully built playbook to lean on
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with proposals and presence that hold up in front of executives
Bonus: events, media, sports, or membership-community sponsorship background; a network in real estate, lending, fintech, proptech, or financial services; bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Research and prioritize prospect companies whose customers overlap with our members; build tailored value propositions
- Develop and present partnership packages and proposals to marketing, brand, and CSR/partnership decision-makers
- Own a pipeline and close 5-, 6-, and 7-figure sponsorship deals against quarterly and annual targets
- Cultivate, retain, and renew corporate sponsor relationships long-term
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements alongside legal and finance
- Design and execute sponsor activations at in-person events; manage logistics and report ROI
- Act as the liaison between external partners and internal teams
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF...
- You've only ever closed deals where inbound interest did the work for you
- You need a fully built playbook or script before you can perform
- You can't speak to specific deal sizes or your exact role in past wins
- You need a high, guaranteed base to feel secure rather than being paid primarily on results
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
This is a clean-slate, build-the-playbook seat with direct access to the founder's office. You won't inherit someone else's system — you'll build the sponsorship function from scratch, with the autonomy to shape the strategy and uncapped upside as you scale it.
Benefits

- Direct access to the founder's office and a path to lead partnerships as the function grows

- Are you comfortable with a compensation structure weighted primarily toward uncapped commission rather than a high guaranteed base?
- Do you have experience selling into or working within events, media, membership/mastermind communities, or sponsorship-driven fundraising?
