The program
Australian Red Cross First Aid and Mental Health First Aid programs equip individuals, workplaces and communities with the skills and confidence to respond in emergencies, support wellbeing, and build safer environments. Revenue generated through training and first aid product sales helps support the broader humanitarian activities of Red Cross across Australia.

The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Volunteer Sales Manager to help grow awareness and participation in our First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and First Aid product offerings.
In this role you will identify opportunities, connect with businesses and community organisations, support promotional initiatives, and help generate leads that contribute to program growth.
You will receive training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to develop practical skills in sales, stakeholder engagement, marketing, and business development within a respected national organisation.

Every booking, partnership, and customer connection you help create contributes to making Australian communities safer and more prepared. Your efforts will help increase access to life-saving training and products while supporting the humanitarian work of First Aid and Mental Health First Aid training at the Australian Red Cross.

Application requirements

For this role you will be required to undertake a National Police Check, which will be organised through Red Cross.
You will need to provide a recent copy of your CV and provide details for two professional references.
The role will also require you to hold or apply for a Working With Children Check or Working With Vulnerable People Check depending on your State/Territory. Red Cross can assist you to apply for this check.
You will need to hold a current AUS Drivers License to undertake this role.
