Tax Senior Manager – Private Client Services
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
The Opportunity
We’re currently recruiting a Tax Senior Manager to join a rapidly growing private clients team at a highly regarded advisory firm. This is an excellent opportunity to take a senior position in a dynamic tax practice that’s in expansion mode, offering you the chance to work with a strong client base, contribute to strategic growth initiatives, and influence the development of private client services.
The successful candidate will work closely with Partners, take ownership of a portfolio of private clients, and play a key role in developing the team’s compliance and advisory capabilities. You’ll enjoy a flexible working model and a collaborative, entrepreneurial team culture.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of private clients, delivering both high-quality compliance and advisory work.

Provide expert guidance across a range of personal tax issues, including succession planning, estate planning, and cross-border tax matters.

Support business development and marketing initiatives, helping to grow the team’s client base and market profile.

Lead and mentor junior team members, contributing to a high-performing and inclusive culture.

Liaise with international colleagues on cross-border assignments and advisory work.

Assist partners in growing the private client practice area and delivering commercial outcomes.
About You
-
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified.

3–4+ years’ experience in a tax management role, ideally focused on private clients.

Strong technical knowledge with the ability to deliver practical solutions to complex issues.

Commercial acumen and a proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
