Role Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Trainer to design, implement, and continuously improve learning and development programs for Wing AI’s internal (corporate) teams. This role will be instrumental in building a high-performance culture by equipping employees and leaders with the skills, knowledge, and behaviors needed to succeed in a fast-scaling, AI-enabled environment.

You will partner closely with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps, develop targeted training initiatives, and drive learning strategies that support performance, engagement, and succession planning.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Training Design & Program Development

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve structured learning programs for corporate teams

  • Create and maintain the HR Orientation Program, ensuring a strong onboarding and cultural integration experience

  • Develop comprehensive training curricula, including modules, playbooks, facilitator guides, and learning materials

  • Build and manage a centralized learning repository (LMS or shared systems)

  • Culture & Organizational Development

    • Design and implement culture-building programs aligned with Wing AI’s values and operating principles

    • Drive initiatives that reinforce employee engagement, collaboration, and high-performance behaviors

    • Partner with HR in embedding culture into onboarding, training, and internal communications

    • Leadership Development

      • Create and roll out a Leadership Development Training Series for team leads, managers, and emerging leaders

      • Design programs focused on people management, coaching, performance management, and decision-making

      • Support leadership readiness and capability building for scaling teams

      • Upskilling & Capability Building

        • Develop and implement upskilling and reskilling initiatives for corporate teams.

        • Launch targeted learning tracks to improve productivity, role effectiveness, and cross-functional knowledge

        • Introduce modern learning approaches (microlearning, workshops, self-paced modules, blended learning)

        • Succession Planning & Talent Development

          • Design and implement training initiatives for succession planning pools and high-potential employees

          • Create development pathways for employees preparing for critical or leadership roles

          • Partner with HR and leadership to identify and prepare successors for key positions

          • Training Delivery & Facilitation

            • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and learning events

            • Ensure high engagement and practical application of learning content

            • Coach managers and team leads on delivering on-the-job training and reinforcing learning

            • Needs Analysis & Business Partnership

              • Partner with leaders to identify performance gaps, operational challenges, and skill deficiencies

              • Translate business needs into actionable training solutions and interventions

              • Act as a strategic partner in solving organizational pain points through learning initiatives

              • Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

                • Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics

                • Track KPIs such as training completion, knowledge retention, and impact on performance

                • Continuously refine programs based on data, feedback, and evolving business needs

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development

  • Proven experience designing and delivering corporate training programs in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong instructional design skills and experience creating structured learning materials

  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

  • Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with cross-functional leaders

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve training effectiveness

Nice to Have

  • Experience in BPO, outsourcing, or tech-enabled service environments

  • Exposure to leadership development frameworks and competency modeling

  • Experience supporting global or remote teams

  • Familiarity with AI tools, productivity platforms, or modern learning technologies
