Summary:
Allegiant Stations Corporate Trainers are responsible for ensuring a comprehensive understanding of station operations, corporate policies, and team member functions. They serve as credible sources of reference for all aspects of Allegiant’s passenger services, baggage handling, aircraft handling, and aircraft cleaning. This position ensures operational excellence through data-driven training interventions, compliance oversight, and the development of Master Trainers and Local Trainers.

Job Duties:
• Conduct training sessions as needed and ensure adherence to corporate training standards.
• Assess and certify Ground Security Coordinators in compliance with TSA regulations.
• Ensure training compliance across assigned stations, developing and executing intervention strategies when needed.
• Perform gap assessments and review external training programs for vendor acceptance.
• Develop and present training differences packages to address identified gaps.
• Interpret safety data, performance metrics, and training compliance reports to provide recommendations to Allegiant and service providers.
• Oversee the certification and recertification of Master Trainers and Local trainers, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to optimize training materials.
• Partner with station management, safety/security teams, and training departments to enhance training execution.
• Travel as needed to conduct station assessments, intervention plans, and compliance reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.

Airport Agent - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, climb and use hands and fingers to operate various types of tools and equipment (i.e. hand trucks, carts, ramps, tugs, etc.). Are required to lift and/or carry up to 100 lbs. and to push and/or pull up to 300 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to heights, small spaces, extreme noise (i.e. airport with planes, vehicles, and other machinery), temperature, wind, and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to crawl in and out of small spaces for extended periods of time. Ability to wear personal protective gear. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
