Corporate Treasury Specialist

We are looking for a Treasury Specialist to join our Corporate Treasury team. In this role, you will support global treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, banking administration, payment processes, and treasury projects. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and banking partners to ensure efficient treasury operations, optimize working capital, and maintain compliance with treasury policies and controls.
The successful candidate will report to the Cash Manager (Corporate Treasury) and contribute to the financial stability and operational excellence of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash positioning and support cash forecasting activities to ensure adequate liquidity across the organization.
  • Administer the bank account lifecycle, including account opening, closing, maintenance, and management of user access rights and bank mandates.
  • Monitor and analyze treasury and banking data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions.
  • Support the optimization of banking structures, treasury processes, and banking-related costs.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Support Treasury Management System (TMS) administration and continuous process improvements.
  • Participate in treasury-related projects, including M&A integrations and treasury transformations.
  • Support working capital optimization initiatives across the business.
  • Prepare treasury reports, analyses, and documentation for management, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with internal and external audit activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide treasury expertise and support when needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, banking operations, or payment processes.
  • Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., FIS Integrity, Kyriba, Coupa, or similar).
  • Experience with SWIFT connectivity and banking communication platforms.
  • Good understanding of payment processes, banking products, and bank account administration.
  • Knowledge of cash forecasting and liquidity management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics NAV, or similar).
  • Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively in an international environment
