SALARY: $20.04-$22.56 per DOE

REPORTS TO: Cook Supervisor

LOCATION: Colville Tribal Correctional Facility

Basic Functions: Non-Exempt. Performs the day-to-day activities of the Colville Tribal Correctional Facility Dietary Department performing duties as a Cook with the preparation and serving of meals on assigned shift and under the direction of the Food Service Manager, washing dishes, pots and pans, as well as the trays and setting up the drinks for the following meals. Is required to keep Dietary area clean and sanitary in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility.
