Responsibilities:

Manage and ensure safety, quality and productivity of our production staff.
Recognize good performance and acknowledge team members.
Ensure policies and procedures are followed, which includes administering corrective discipline.

Record absenteeism and attendance.

Delegate team members to tasks when needed, and assist in scheduling personnel on overtime.
Respond, record, and investigate accidents and administer first aid.

Ensure production floor feedback is accurately recorded in Kiwi system.

Supply tooling and resources to team members and machines.
Communicate interdepartmentally to make accurate decisions of customer orders, maintenance on machines, and team member training.
Use computer to enter customer orders in machine line-up, check inventory, team member scanning in and out of work, and corrugator schedule lineup.
Participate and facilitate communication meetings with team members pertaining to safety, toolbox discussions, daily production walks, preventative maintenance meetings and monthly Crew Leader meetings.
Write up, and/or approve maintenance work orders.
Participates in continuous improvement and effectively communicate opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness for this position.
Provides direction and leadership to team members in all departments as needed.

Compensation:
Salary is negotiable based on education and experience.
Potential for bonus opportunities.
Schedule:
Rotating between 3 shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am).
Partner Responsibility when other Supervisors are on Vacation.

Preferred Skills:
Prior Production Supervisory experience
Proficiency in Excel, including but not limited to:

Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP’s
Equations and Conditional Calculations
Creating and maintaining automated reports
