Cost Accountant (Finanza)

Responsability:

1. Inventory in-out-stock accounting management :Handle the accounting entries for incoming/outgoing of raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods, and verify SAP postings; 2. Supervise and support the improvement of warehouse management procedures and standardize receiving, issuing and transfer operations; 3. Reconcile inventory accounts with physical stock to ensure books match actual goods and follow up on discrepancy resolution
2. Cost accounting and abnormal cost analysis:Handle product cost accounting and cost collection & control; 2. Conduct abnormal cost analysis, identify causes of variances and track corrective actions to closure; 3. Supervise SAP production reporting data and verify labor hours and material consumption
3. Annex24 supervision & coordination and inventory counting managemen: Supervise and coordinate Annex24 inventory management to ensure bonded inventory data consistency; 2. Organize monthly/semi-annual/annual inventory counts and prepare count reports; 3. Handle and track accounting for nonconforming goods inventory and promote their disposal
4. Comprehensive independent SAP accounting posting:Handle comprehensive accounting postings for expenses, clearing and cost-related transactions in SAP to ensure all business vouchers are posted timely and accurately; 2. Regularly verify consistency between SAP accounting data and business data, resolve discrepancies and complete system adjustments

Qualifications:

1. minimum education :Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Cost Management
2. experience: 1-3 years of inventory/cost accounting experience in manufacturing; experience with a Mexico plant or IMMEX is preferred
3. ability and skills :Proficient in Excel/SAP/Annex24; fluent in Spanish and English
