COST / COMMERCIAL MANAGER #NAC

Key Qualifications:

• 10 years of cost management and commercial experience
• Expertise in change order management, claims, and payment processing
• Cost control certification preferred (AACE, CCC, or equivalent)
• Strong contract and commercial acumen
• Experience with large capital projects and budget management
