Cost Control Analyst
Summary
Process and verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced airline environment.
- Review, process, and assign invoices to the appropriate budgets and cost allocation categories in accordance with internal policies.
- Verify invoice details against contracts, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain organized records of invoices and related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address invoice-related queries and issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of invoice processing improvements.
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a similar field, or be in your final year of studies.
- Curiosity, a quick learning attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Good MS Excel skills and good communication skills in English.
- Experience in finance and/or aviation – not required, but considered an advantage.
