Cost Control Area Manager

1. Visiting sites to discuss cost issues with projects mangers including but not limited materials wastage,
site expenses, dry costs, etc.
2. Reviewing of area monthly cost reports.
3. Provide cost control advice and solutions to the VPs as and when required for any cost issues.
4. Supervising his team and giving them technical support.
5. Attendance of bi monthly meetings.
6. Taking decisions for any cost issues.

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural / Construction Management Engineering
Certified CCP, PRMG, PMP, IPMA (Preferable)

+10 years of experience with construction field
