Cost Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation and proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, along with experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ). As a Cost Estimator, you will play a crucial role in analyzing project costs and providing accurate estimates to support our project management team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on project specifications and drawings. - Utilize AutoCAD 2D software to interpret and analyze project designs and specifications. - Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for cost estimation. - Conduct market research to stay updated on material and labor costs, ensuring competitive pricing. - Review and analyze project proposals and contracts to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. - Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and proposals. Required Skills: - Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D for interpreting project designs. - Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and methodologies. - Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ). - Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
