We are looking for a qualified Cost Lawyer or experienced Draftsperson to join the firm.
This role will be responsible for the following -Drafting and reviewing costs schedules, statements of costs and detailed bills of costsAnalysing and providing commentary on equivalent documents submitted by opposing partiesAdvising on costs budgets and preparing client estimatesProducing and advising on supporting schedules for applications seeking security for costs and requests for interim payments on accountCollaborating with Reed Smith litigators to provide clients with strategic advice on costs recovery and the broader procedural issues that arise in connection with such matters
