Job Description

We are looking to hire a Singapore-qualified lawyer for the position of Counsel / Associate Director, joining a team that regularly acts for enterprises and private clients on commercial and property disputes, private client matters, and international arbitration. The team handles a broad range of disputes, both domestic and cross-border, representing clients at every stage, from early advice and strategy through to negotiation, mediation, litigation, and arbitration.

We are looking for someone of good character, with the capacity to manage a demanding caseload and the technical competence to match. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, comfortable collaborating across practice areas, and ready to take on a leadership role — mentoring and developing junior members of the team.

Requirements

  • Singapore-qualified lawyer
  • 6 – 10 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong drafting, communication, research, and advocacy skills
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
