Power Within Psychological Services is seeking a qualified Counselling Psychologist (ADCGC, RCI Registered) to provide professional counselling services at our Meerut Centre. The role involves working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families using evidence-based counselling approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couple, family, and career counselling sessions.
- Perform intake interviews and psychological screening.
- Develop counselling and wellness plans.
- Maintain confidential case records and progress notes.
- Provide crisis intervention and psychoeducation.
- Conduct workshops on mental health, stress management, relationships, and well-being.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards as prescribed by RCI.
Requirements
Eligibility
- Master's degree in Psychology.
- Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Guidance (ADCGC) recognized by RCI.
- Valid RCI Registration (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication, empathy, and counselling skills.
