POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a professional position providing Intensive Counseling services to Benefit Homeless Individuals under the Behavioral Health and Homeless Prevention program within the Housing First Division. The program provides counseling and case management services to individuals, and families who have experienced homelessness and have a severe and persistent mental health condition or co-occurring disorder. This program is focused on formerly homeless individuals, youth, and families who have recently been housed in permanent or permanent supportive housing. Responsible for meeting productivity requirements of 75% which includes 1440 billable hours annually or a minimum of 30 billable hours per week
