We’re hiring a Counter Sales Associate to be the go-to person for customers and contractors at our Allentown branch. This is a hands-on role where you'll help customers find what they need, stay on your feet and take ownership of your day.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and contractors, helping them find the right materials and solutions.
- Create a friendly, welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back.
- Answer phone calls, assist with pricing and place orders.
- Track open orders and notify customers when materials are ready.
- Keep displays stocked, organized and visually appealing.
- Pull and prepare orders for pickup, delivery or transfer.
- Support promotions and in-branch marketing efforts.
- Maintain a clean, professional branch environment.
- Handle daily cash transactions and reconcile sales accurately.
