Counter Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused HVAC Counter Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders and quotes, supporting sales operations, and maintaining an organized branch environment.
Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, email, and web customers.
Process quotes, sales orders, returns, and warranty paperwork accurately.
Prepare and stage customer pickup orders.
Communicate order status, arrivals, and backorders to customers.
Promote HVAC products and assist customers with product selection.
Support warehouse operations, including stocking shelves and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Prepare UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Participate in after-hours rotation as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
HVAC industry experience preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or similar ERP systems is a plus.
