Job Summary

Join AI Soymilk as a Part-Time to FULL TIME Counter Service Crew to deliver excellent customer service, prepare and serve beverages and desserts, and maintain a clean, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ orders accurately and process payments efficiently
• Prepare and serve soymilk, drinks, and desserts according to company standards
• Provide friendly, polite, and efficient customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food hygiene standards in the work area
• Replenish ingredients, packaging, and supplies to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with opening and closing duties to support daily store functions
• Communicate confidently with customers to address their needs and inquiries
• Collaborate with team members and demonstrate willingness to learn new skills
• Work assigned shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

Food and Hygiene Certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Food-service experience is an advantage but not required
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

准确记录顾客订单并高效处理付款；按照公司标准制作并供应豆浆、饮品及甜点；提供亲切、礼貌且高效的服务，提升客户满意度；保持工作区域清洁并严格遵守食品卫生标准；及时补充食材、包装材料及各类用品，确保运营顺畅；协助完成门店开店与关店工作，支持日常运营；自信地与顾客沟通，解答疑问并满足其需求；与团队成员协作，积极学习新技能；按排班要求工作（包括周末及公共假期），以满足运营需求。

必备资质与认证：

食品卫生相关认证

优先考虑的资质与条件具备餐饮服务经验者优先（非强制要求）；

乐于学习并具备团队合作精神。
